Dayn entered the fitness industry in 2011 as a Personal Trainer, and quickly discovered CrossFit as a training methodology. Dayn has since accumulated many CrossFit and other fitness qualifications and he is one of only 26 in Australia with CrossFit Level 3 Trainer certification. Dayn enjoys welcoming people to Milton CrossFit community, introducing them to CrossFit training, spending time to help people achieve fitness goals and challenge fitness limits, and sharing genuine laughs along the way.

Coral has worked in the fitness industry for many years. Coral is the Commonwealth Weightlifting Federation Masters Chairperson, and in her spare time after coaching at Milton Weightlifting, and working with the Masters Weightlifting community, she trains to compete in international Masters competitions. Coral is a current Masters record holder and a member of the International Weightlifting Federation (IWF) Hall of Fame.

Mike has a long history in Weightlifting including working at the elite level of Australian Weightlifting for many years and competing twice in the Commonwealth Games. Mike enjoys teaching all things Weightlifting to people of all ages and abilities, and draws from a wealth of experience across coaching, training, and competitions.

Bobby is enthusiastic about being part of an exercise community that helps people to stay happy and healthy. Bobby has trained in the CrossFit and Weightlifting for many years and enjoys welcoming people into this community and encouraging them to build fitness and strength skills. Bobby is keen to teach children the importance of being fit and strong, and coaches olympic weightlifting for children 10 and under.
