The Milton CrossFit timetable has 25 classes per week in the morning, afternoon & evening.
Beginners: If you would like to try CrossFit as a beginner, please visit https://bookmolyfit.as.me to book a CrossFit introduction session. All fitness levels are welcome and you can join in any of the CrossFit WOD sessions after completing an introduction session.
Free Trial: If you have done CrossFit before and would like to trial training at MolyFit, please call 3221 0093 to book a time.
Drop-ins: If you are a CrossFitter visiting Brisbane please visit https://bookmolyfit.as.me to purchase a short-term pass and book classes. Passes are available from a single session to one month.

WL Dayn will coach Weightlifting (see Weightlifting timetable). All CrossFitters are welcome to attend.
Milton Weightlifting Club
The Milton Weightlifting Club timetable has 25 hours of coached sessions per week in the morning, afternoon & evening (see the timetable below). These are group sessions with lifters from high school age to Masters and have at least one coach in attendance. Members can start training at any time in the session.
Private sessions are also available (see the link at the bottom of this page to book a private session).
Weightlifting Fundamentals for new lifters and members: If you would like to start Weightlifting as a beginner or would like to trial lifting at MolyFit, please visit https://bookmolyfit.as.me to book a Weightlifting Fundamentals session.
All fitness levels are welcome and the first session is a free trial.
Weightlifting Fundamentals sessions:
- Coral: Wednesday 6-7pm
- Mike: Thursday 6:00-7:00pm
- Dayn: Saturday 9-10am
Little Lifters: The Little Lifters program is for primary school aged children. Sessions are for an hour on Saturdays with a maximum of 4 children per session.
Little Lifters sessions:
- Bobby: Saturday 8:15-9:15am
- Bobby: Saturday 9:15-10:15am
*Weightlifting Fundamentals run for an hour in these sessions (see molyfit.com/timetable for times)
Please ask the coaches for permission to train in the gym areas where private and group sessions are scheduled
(i.e. CrossFit sessions, Weightlifting sessions, private individual and group sessions).
