Timetable

The Milton CrossFit timetable has 25 classes per week in the morning, afternoon & evening.

If you would like to try CrossFit as a beginner, please contact us to arrange a CrossFit introduction session before coming in for a group session. All fitness levels are welcome.

No appointments are necessary for CrossFitters visiting Brisbane that would like to join us for a casual session ($20 per session).

The Milton Weightlifting Club timetable has 21.5 hours of coached sessions per week in the morning, afternoon & evening, including two sessions for youth and very new members.

If you would like to try Weightlifting as a beginner, please contact us to arrange a time that will suit both you and our coach to introduce you to basic weightlifting technique (other times are available than the beginner sessions listed below).

Afternoon/Evening: 4:00 to 7:30PM

Tuesday
Afternoon/Evening: 3:30 to 4:30PM (youth and beginners), 4:30 to 7:00PM

Wednesday
Afternoon: 4:00 to 6:00PM

Thursday
Early morning: 6:00 to 7:30AM
Afternoon/Evening: 4:30 to 7:30PM

Friday
Mid morning: 9:30 to 11:00AM

Saturday
Morning: 9:00 to 10:00AM (youth and beginners), 10:00 to 12:30PM
