The Milton CrossFit timetable has 30 classes per week in the morning, afternoon & evening.
Beginners: If you would like to try CrossFit as a beginner, please visit https://bookmolyfit.as.me to book a CrossFit introduction session. All fitness levels are welcome and you can join in any of the CrossFit WOD sessions after completing an introduction session.
Drop-ins: If you are a CrossFitter visiting Brisbane please visit https://bookmolyfit.as.me to purchase a short-term pass and book classes. Passes are available from a single session to one month.
Milton Weightlifting Club
The Milton Weightlifting Club timetable has 21.5 hours of coached sessions per week in the morning, afternoon & evening, including two sessions for youth or school aged members.
Beginners: If you would like to try Weightlifting as a beginner, please visit https://bookmolyfit.as.me to book a Weightlifting introduction session. All fitness levels are welcome and you can join in any of the Weightlifting coached sessions after completing an introduction session.
Little Lifters: The Little Lifters program is for primary school aged children. Sessions are for an hour on Saturdays at 9.15am and 10.30am with a maximum of 4 children per session.
